List is also a brother to two other brothers, both of which are actors also. She attended Oak Park High School and received her diploma in 2016. List is Aries as well as having English and Welsh heritage. She was interested in the arts of performing was piqued early as was her modeling career as a model in her youth. List started her acting career as early as 2002, she began modeling in 2009. The soap in which she appeared was As the World Turns (2002) as Bess as Bess in All My Children (2004) and also played the young Jane Nichols in 27 Dresses (2008).
